Stout indeed at a full fat 8.4 ! So rich so dark and oh so easy to glug rapidly. Best stout I have drunk in long long years its depth richness and that touch of sweet smoothness. Amazing 🤩

This is perfect for those who are fed up of IPAs being released all the time, for those who love dark beers, that aren't sessionable for beginners . Hurrah! Autumn begins now and the proper stouts should be lining up (NM... Please get a nice Tonka out this year! I've been deprived) Anyway, this particular version of Death stout is delicious, and you can almost taste the powder on the marshmallows. It's great to drink whilst watching fluffy movies, crashed out on the floor in front of the open fire, when it's dark outside. And raining. It's such a cosy, warming beer, that makes your head buzz a bit in a way that's most acceptable! NM excels when it makes depth-rich stouts, like this one. More, please.

This stout has to be my favourite pastry stout on the market. It's strong without tasting overly strong, but with lovely toasted sweet notes and a great head, it's one to savour.
